Etrian Odyssey is the latest series to receive the Mystery Dungeon treatment via Spike Chunsoft. How well did the two mesh together?

Very well, as it turned out. I adored this game. It’s certainly not perfect and isn’t for everyone, but it was definitely a lot of fun for me.
